Pumping Iron is a bodybuilding film developed in the time many refer to as “The Golden Age” of bodybuilding.  It focuses on top bodybuilders Arnold Schwarzenegger, Lou Ferrigno, and Franco Columbo. Appearances are also seen in the movie by Mike Mentzer, Mike Katz, Frank Zane, Ken Waller, Paul Grant, Serge Nubret, and others.  It features nothing but bodybuilding champions, and is a pure joy to watch.  The film also introducted Arnold Schwarzenegger to acting.  We’ve brought the whole series for you to enjoy, and learn from.
